Assistant Utilities Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 33 kV/66 kV power systems, transformers, switchgear, and circuit breakers.
• Oversee solid-fuel-fired and oil-fired boiler operations and maintenance.
• Ensure electrical safety, fire safety, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with electricity authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Manage third-party O&M contracts and outsourced teams of 50+ personnel.
• Drive preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliable utility operations.
• Solar PV plant experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 60% marks in Class 10, Class 12, and graduation.
• All qualifications must be completed through regular/full-time education.
• 7- 15 years of relevant experience in utilities operations and maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience with 33 kV/66 kV power systems and industrial boilers.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, equipment maintenance, safety systems, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in contractor management, outsourced workforce supervision, and coordination with external authorities.
• Certification in Energy Management and experience with solar power systems will be an added advantage.
