The firm frequently recruits technical, engineering, and logistics personnel such as mechanical engineers, power plant operators, and export officers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Assistant Utility Manager

Job Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily shift operation of Utility-related Equipment.
• Respond to Utility-related emergencies promptly, troubleshooting problems and implementing solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Understanding and applying blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong Operation & Maintenance knowledge in Chillers (YORK & Thermax VAM) and its controls.
• Strong Operation & Maintenance knowledge in Air Compressor & Air Dryer.
• Strong Operation & Maintenance knowledge in Water Treatment Plant & its Chemicals.
• Strong Operation & Maintenance knowledge in AHU, FAU & STP.
• Daily reports & Equipment Operational data.
• To devise appropriate PM schedules for all critical equipment as per OEM recommendations to ensure proper implementation.
• Ensure discipline, skill enhancement and motivation of subordinates.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Section Head – Utility from time to time
• ETP/STP/WTP.
