The Role: Luxury Valet Assistant Manager

As a Luxury Valet Assistant Manager, you are a visible leader on the front drive and a key ambassador of our brand. You help oversee daily valet operations while delivering polished, anticipatory service to guests and residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional, and sincere welcome to all guests and residents
• Support the Site Manager with oversight of valet team members during assigned shifts
• Coach and develop valet team members with an eye toward future leadership roles
• Attend hotel and operational meetings to stay informed on upcoming events and priorities
• Safely and efficiently operate guest vehicles in accordance with all safety standards
• Coordinate front-drive operations and delegate responsibilities to the valet team
• Execute daily operational “game plans” to ensure service excellence
• Enforce all service, safety, and brand standards during your shift
• Assist with lifting, loading, and delivering guest and resident luggage
• Anticipate guest needs during arrival and departure moments
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on hotel amenities and local attractions
• Collaborate closely with hotel partners to enhance the overall guest experience
• Support fellow hotel colleagues whenever needed to ensure the property shines

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum age of 21
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional, polished appearance
• A genuine desire to help others and support team success
• A team-first mindset with a passion for hospitality

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sprint short distances
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions including heat, rain, wind, and other elements
