Assistant Vice President (AVP) - HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR operations and strategic workforce planning
• Manage payroll, statutory compliance, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and labour laws
• Oversee employee lifecycle, engagement and employee relations
• Manage compensation, benefits, insurance and HR vendors
• Lead and develop the HR team
• Drive HR automation, dashboards, analytics and governance
• Provide regular HR reports and scorecards to leadership

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience in HR Operations and leadership
• Good knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance and employee lifecycle management
• Experience managing HR teams and HR vendors
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Exposure to HR automation and HR dashboards
