Assistant Vice President

We are looking for an experienced AVP Telesales to lead and manage large-scale outbound telesales operations in Hyderabad.
This is a senior leadership role for a high-energy sales leader who can drive revenue, build scalable sales processes, improve productivity, and lead large telesales teams.

Key Responsibilities -

• Lead the end-to-end Telesales/Call Center sales function
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & revenue targets
• Manage large-scale operations with 90120+ member teams
• Drive conversion, productivity, revenue, and customer acquisition
• Track key metrics including connectivity, conversion, revenue per agent, productivity, AHT, occupancy & funnel performance
• Drive performance through KPI/KRA management, incentives, contests & PIPs
• Develop and mentor the second line of leadership Senior Managers, Managers, Team Leaders & Team Coaches
• Build scalable sales strategies and continuously improve operational performance

What Were Looking For -

• 12–16+ years of overall experience with Fluency in Telugu
• Strong experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Contact Center Operations
• Proven experience managing large-scale outbound telesales operations
• Experience managing 400+ employees in a high-volume sales environment
• Strong track record of achieving sales & revenue targets
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong understanding of sales funnel, conversion, productivity & performance management
