Assistant Visual Merchandiser

This position covers multiple brands (Max&Co., MARELLA, iBLUES & Outlets) within Max Mara Fashion Group.

Responsibilities:
·        Coordinate in-store display and visual contents as well as project installation according to Principal’s guideline;
·        Conduct store visits in HK to ensure that visual merchandising standards are maintained;
·        Oversee window displays, mannequin styling, product focal points, and in-store props to ensure an elevated luxury customer experience;
·        Liaise with both external and internal parties, such as contractors/vendors, marketing and sales team;
·        Prepare and consolidate monthly VM reports and material inventory; 
·        Provide administrative support and assist in ad-hoc projects;
·        Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned;
·        Candidate with more comprehensive experience may be considered as Visual Merchandiser.
 
Requirements:
·        Tertiary education in fashion design, graphic design, visual merchandising or related disciplines;
·        1-2 years’ hand-on experience, preferably in fashion or luxury products industry;
·        A self-motivated team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
·        Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking;
·        Detail minded with good analytical and organization skills; and
·        Proficiency in MS Office applications, Illustrator and Photoshop.
