Change & Transformation Support

  • Support the planning and delivery of change initiatives by developing structured approaches to leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, communications, capability building, and adoption.
  • Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain momentum on inflight transformation and organization priorities.
  • Provide day-to-day change support to help teams navigate transitions effectively and minimize disruption.

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Support culture, engagement and measurement initiatives that reinforce the firm's values, purpose, and desired work environment.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of interventions that strengthen organisational health, employee connection, and change readiness.
  • Help coordinate and deliver initiatives that require thoughtful stakeholder management and consistent follow-through.

Stakeholder Partnership & Execution

  • Work closely with leaders, O&P partners, and relevant stakeholders to align on priorities, surface risks, and drive timely execution.
  • Manage multiple workstreams concurrently, balancing responsiveness with strong attention to quality and detail.

  • Min. 12 years or more in organisational development, organisational effectiveness, change management, or internal consulting.
  • Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience applying AI to elevate strategic thinking, insight generation and execution effectiveness to drive OD strategies and decision-making.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage credibly with a range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change initiatives and support implementation in complex or matrixed environments.
