Join Our Team In The Position Of ASSISTANT WAITER (m/f/x)

Work location: Opatija and surrounding area

Main Responsibilities

• Preparing service areas and equipment for food and beverage service
• Ensuring cleanliness of service areas and preparation zones
• Maintaining cleanliness of tableware, including polishing and arranging cutlery
• Removing soiled and setting clean restaurant linen
• Maintaining the aesthetic appearance of tables and chairs
• Responsible for proper storage of clean and dirty dishes
• Assisting waiters in serving food and beverages to guests

What We Are Looking For

• Secondary vocational education, ideally in hospitality (specialization: Waiter)
• Strong sense of responsibility in task execution
• High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and a dynamic work approach
• Accuracy, tidiness, and efficiency
• Knowledge and application of professional service standards
