Assistant, Warehouse

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment.Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, packing, labelling and dispatching goods.
• Pick, pack and prepare products for delivery according to customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Ensure accurate checking, recording and inspection of products before shipment.
• Organise and maintain inventory in designated storage locations.
• Ensure all goods are packed safely and labelled correctly in compliance with shipping standards.
• Coordinate with the operations team to support timely deliveries and stock movement.
• Perform stock counting and inventory verification to maintain accurate stock records.
• Assist in receiving and issuing materials, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.
• Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness and safety within the warehouse area.
• Support other warehouse and operational duties as assigned by the Management.
