Assistant Warehouse Manager

• Manage daily inbound, outbound, inventory and distribution operations
• Lead warehouse teams and ensure timely task completion with minimal supervision.
• Plan manpower, MHE utilization, transport and delivery schedules.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation and variance control.
• Monitor KPIs, staff productivity and operational performance.
• Resolve operational issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and WMS procedures.
• Drive process improvements and support warehouse automation projects.
• Take charge of warehouse operations in the Warehouse Manager's absence.
• Take ownership of warehouse SOPs and process flows, ensuring proper implementation, compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Logistic, Supply Chain, Operation Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Assistant Warehouse Manager or eqivalent.
• Proven experience managing at least 20 warehouse employees.
• working experience in warehouse or logistic operations, preferably in supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, MHE and distribution planning.
• Proficient in WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good leadership, communication and problem solving skills.

• Strong leadership, ownership and accountability.
• Hands on and able to manage operations independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive in problem solving and ensuring tasks are completed without repeated follow-ups.
• Able to multitask, make decisions and work under preasure.
• Experience in warehouse automation, ASRS, Lean Management or system implementation will be an added advantage.
• Able to independently develop, review and improve SOPs and operational process flows.
