What they need
Assistant Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Salary: RM2,500/month
Contract: 12 Months
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday: Alternate half-day
Conversion: Subject to renewal and permanent conversion
Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse and moving operations.
- Prepare job schedules and coordinate Job Instructions.
- Manage warehouse documentation and stock records.
- Monitor packing materials and coordinate replenishment.
- Handle procurement, quotations, Purchase Orders and vendor coordination.
- Verify invoices and perform PO/DO/Invoice matching.
- Assist with stock taking, loading and unloading when required.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and support ISO/FIDI compliance.
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
