Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

• Ensure thot CAMC Warehouse Procedures, Safety, Guidelines (Receiving, Warehouse and Issuance) hos been applied by 011 Warehouse personnel.
• Determine the common problems of unorganized warehouse (over stocking, inefficient product labelling, substandard housekeeping or GWP, safety management), then gather available resources, analyze the issue then discuss to the Warehouse Supervisor to create a sound solution as prevention of reoccurring warehouse common problems.
• Constant communication With Warehouse Supervisor on issues encounter and make an internal agreement to achieve the company's goals.
• Close coordination With Dispatch Team based on the doily dispatch and changes Of delivery schedule Close coordination with Production Team and Warehouse planner for Production plan to have smooth warehouse transactions.
• Monitor ond analyze the stocks movement by creating stock monitoring to determine critical, over, slow, and even nonmoving stocks to have a healthy stock level.
• Ensure the warehouse on hand stocks to FIRST IN, FIRST OUT policy, Safety Stocking Heights arrangement according to their respective Zoning, classify good & bad stocks, and warehouse should always be neat and clean.
• Ensure all Warehouse Guidelines in relation to the inventory controls such as 5-checkpoints, Monthly Count and Cycle Count on weekly basis are strictly followed and implemented to achieve accurate inventory.
• Monitor team speed and doily warehouse productivity (put-away, stock allocation, picking, packing and on time endorsement of daily dispatch schedule or production plan).
• Monitor stock reservation and non-conforming item
• Enforce Good Warehousing practices, safety and sanitation standards (5%) are followed

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
