Assistant Wedding Planner

We are looking for some additional freelancing staff to assist the team with our weddings next year.

Things to note:

• These are long but fun days, we always have a good time!
• You must have some event experience/know how a wedding works so that you can use your common sense and past experience to think on your feet on the day if needed.
• You will be fully briefed on each event prior to the wedding day
• You must be confident with working on your own (you will never be running a wedding on your own, but may be in charge of certain aspects of the day e.g. getting guests to the dining room etc.)
• You MUST have your own transport and be able to get to the venue.

What you will do on the day:

• Assist with set-up
• Assist with guest management and arrival
• Assist with the overall smooth running of the day
• Content filming - you may be asked to take images and videos throughout the day so that I can use these for my social media e.g. Instagram stories, TikToks etc.

Other:

• £20 - £25 per hour

• This is on a Freelance basis, you will be asked to sign a Freelancers contract.
