Assistant Wine Sommelier

We are seeking an Assistant Wine Sommelier to join our service team. This is an entry-level position with full training provided by our Sommelier, to whom you will report directly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wine mise en place before service
• Opening, pouring and serving wine at the table
• Serving the pairing menu throughout the evening
• Maintaining the wine station during service
• As experience develops attending supplier tastings and taking on greater responsibility on the floor

Qualifications

• Only Thai People

• Conversational English — essential, and assessed at interview

• A genuine interest in wine; no qualification required

• Restaurant or fine-dining experience an advantage, not a requirement

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary + service charge.
• Two days off: Monday and Tuesday.
• Full-time, on-site at Victory Monument, Bangkok.
