POSITION OVERVIEW

JTC Automotive is seeking a professional, motivated, and results-driven Assistant Service Writer to join our high-end European, luxury, and exotic vehicle repair facility.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, automotive repair and parts knowledge, strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive mental attitude. We are looking for someone with a winning mentality who takes ownership, works toward measurable goals, and wants to grow with the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Answer calls, emails, schedule appointments, and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and deliveries.
• Communicate repair status, diagnostic findings, recommendations, and completion times.
• Review technician inspections and assist with estimates and repair recommendations.
• Develop strong knowledge of automotive repair, parts, and European luxury/exotic vehicles.
• Assist with parts sourcing, pricing, and availability.
• Follow up on declined work and approved repairs.
• Support Service Advisors, Technicians, and Management with daily shop operations.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and customer records.
• Monitor and maintain company KPIs.

SALES & CUSTOMER REVIEWS

This position includes a small performance-based sales commission and potential incentives for genuine Google customer reviews.

Employees are expected to provide excellent service and encourage satisfied customers to share their experience. Reviews must always be genuine and never fabricated, purchased, or manipulated.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service experience required
• Automotive repair and parts knowledge
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• European/luxury/exotic vehicle experience preferred
• Service Writer or Service Advisor experience preferred
