Assistant/Coordinator QHSE

The Sofitel Tamuda Bay Beach & Spa is recruiting an Assistant/Coordinator QHSE. You will be responsible for participating in the deployment and monitoring of Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards within the establishment.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in the monitoring of QHSE procedures.
• Ensure the follow-up of internal controls and audits.
• Contribute to compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Participate in team awareness and training.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in the analysis of incidents and non-conformities.
• Ensure QHSE documentation follow-up.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the hotel's various departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile

• Training in QHSE, Quality, Hygiene, Safety, or a similar field.
• First experience in a hotel environment is appreciated.
• Rigor and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to raise team awareness.
