NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME ASSISTANT / LEASING AGENT

We are looking for a dependable, professional, and motivated individual to join our property management team as a Full-Time Assistant / Leasing Agent for a multifamily apartment community.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of multifamily housing or leasing experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and approachable personality
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable learning property-management software
• Ability to handle resident concerns and maintain a professional demeanor
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with daily office operations
• Greet and assist current and prospective residents
• Answer phones, emails, and resident inquiries
• Conduct apartment tours and assist with leasing
• Process rental applications and lease paperwork
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident accounts
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Communicate with residents regarding community policies and concerns
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the property professionally

Position: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 1 year multifamily/leasing experience preferred
Pay: Hourly wage based on experience
