💰 Salary: $3,450 – $3,850/month (Based on experience) +VB + $500 Flexi Benefit (Upon Confirmation)

Allowance: Night Shift Allowance $10-$15/day (Based on experience & position) + Meal Allowance

Sign On Bonus: $2,000 (Upon completion of 6 months ($1,000) & 1 year ($1,000)

🕘 Working Hours: Night Shift (8pm-8am)

Work Schedule: 4-3-3-4 Shift (Can choose shift)

• Shift A : Sun - Wed
• Shift B : Wed - Sat

📍 Location: West (Sunview)
(Air-conditioned warehouse environment)

🚌 Company Transport Provided @ Lakeside

📝 Job Description:

• Team Leadership: Direct daily warehouse activities, coach team members, conduct appraisals, and onboard new logistics assistants.
• Operations & Safety: Drive 5S, Kaizen, and LEAN continuous improvement initiatives while enforcing SOP compliance and workplace safety.
• Inventory & Systems: Manage stock accuracy using internal WMS and customer SAP systems, ensuring complete record traceability.
• KPIs & Billing: Track turnaround metrics, compile monthly KPI reports, and process timely, accurate customer billings.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with clients and internal teams to streamline workflows and handle ad-hoc logistics projects.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in leading or supervising a team is preferred.
