Assisted Living Aide

New Challenges, Inc. provides services to adults with disabilities, mental health diagnoses and traumatic brain injuries in residential settings in the east and south metro area. NCI is currently hiring for a full time and part time Assisted Living Aide at one of our 9 person sites located in Hastings, MN.

Available shift is Monday through Friday and an every other Saturday and Sunday with 8 hour shifts ranged between 7am-10pm.

Duties include but are not limited to;

• ADL'S
• Medication administration
• Transportation
• Documentation
• Meal Prep
• Activities
• Hygiene assistance

All applicants must have a valid driver's license, have a high school diploma, a vehicle to use while on duty, pass standards for driving history and meet criteria for a DHS background study.

Experienced applicants as a nursing assistant (CNA), personal care attendant (PCA) or home health aide (HHA) are encouraged to submit resumes.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
