Assisted Living Aide - Evening Shift

BridgeWater at Mankato, a 24-unit Assisted Living community, is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Assisted Living Aides. In this role, you’ll support the physical and emotional well-being of our residents by providing essential personal care and health-related services in a warm, home-like environment. Position Details:

• Full-Time & Part-Time Evening Shift Available (3-1130p)
• Includes every other weekend and rotating holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and perform delegated nursing tasks
• Assist elders with personal care, including dressing, grooming, bathing, hair care, eating, toileting, and transfers/lifts
• Monitor and report changes in elders’ conditions to the nursing staff
• Support new staff onboarding and training
• Assist with light housekeeping and activities

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for working with the elder population
• Previous senior care experience preferred but not required

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
