What they need
Requirements :
- Pendidikan Minimal D3 atau S1 di bidang Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Industri, atau Mekatronika
- Berpengalaman kerja minimal 2 sampai 5 tahun di posisi yang sama atau bidang SMT/PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing
- Memahami operasional, setup, dan troubleshooting mesin SMT serta mesin pendukung seperti Screen Printer, Reflow Oven, dan AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection)
- Mengerti alur produksi PCB, membaca skema elektrik, dan paham komponen elektronika
- Menguasai standar kualitas manufaktur seperti ISO, 5S, FMEA, dan SPC
- Mampu memimpin, memotivasi, dan mengatur jadwal kerja operator atau teknisi di lini produksi.
- Mahir mencari akar masalah (Root Cause Analysis) saat terjadi kerusakan mesin atau produk NG
