Position: Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily branch operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the counselling and student support team.
• Manage student enquiries, follow-ups, and admission conversion.
• Support students throughout the Germany university admission process.
• Monitor team performance, targets, and lead management.
• Build relationships with students, parents, universities, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and improve branch performance.
• Prepare regular reports and ensure excellent student service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field.
• Experience in education consultancy, study abroad counselling, sales, or branch operations is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Good organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for student success.
• Knowledge of the German education system is an added advantage.
