What they need
- Realizar atendimento ativo e receptivo aos potenciais alunos por telefone, WhatsApp e e-mail;
- Apresentar os diferenciais da instituição, qualificar leads e conduzir negociações com foco na conversão de matrículas;
- Acompanhar os interessados durante a jornada de captação, auxiliando na resolução de demandas e direcionamentos internos;
- Participar de ações, eventos e visitas institucionais voltadas à captação de novos alunos;
- Registrar e atualizar informações de atendimentos, negociações e fechamentos em CRM e sistemas internos;
- Executar outras atividades correlatas dentro do mesmo pertil de responsabilidade, complexidade e conhecimento.
Pagamento: R$1.621,00 - R$4.099,87 por mês
Local do trabalho: Presencial
