What they need
Requisitos: Ensino médio completo Pelo menos 1 ano de experiência em atendimento por mensagem, telefone e e-mail; Facilidade com sistemas e planilhas.
Diferencial: conhecer o mercado de proteção veicular.
Atividades: Atender associados por WhatsApp, telefone e e-mail; Tirar dúvidas sobre planos, boletos, cadastro, benefícios e app; Emitir e enviar boletos, acompanhar pagamentos e contatar clientes em atraso; Abrir e acompanhar eventos e sinistros em horário comercial Manter o cadastro atualizado e registrar todos os atendimentos no sistema; Encaminhar demandas às áreas responsáveis e apoiar a equipe comercial.
Jornada de trabalho: Segunda a quinta 08h às 18h, sexta 08h às 17h. Sábado 08h às 12h em home office.
Pagamento: R$2.000,00 por mês
