Assistente de Compras M - Exclusivo PCD

• Apoiar os processos de compras de materiais e serviços
• Realizar cotações e acompanhamento de propostas comerciais
• Efetuar cadastro e atualização de fornecedores
• Acompanhar solicitações de compras e pedidos no sistema
• Realizar follow-up junto aos fornecedores quanto a prazos de entrega
• Apoiar a conferência de documentos e processos relacionados às aquisições
• Elaborar controles, planilhas e relatórios da área
• Prestar suporte aos departamentos internos no acompanhamento das solicitações
• Conhecimento em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel
• Desejável conhecimento em SAP
