What they need
Descrição da vaga — Assistente de Pendência
Principais atividades:
Tratar ocorrências de avaria, extravio, recusa e falta de mercadoria;
Fazer interface entre clientes, comercial, operação e filiais;
Atualizar clientes sobre o status das pendências;
Registrar e acompanhar ocorrências até a solução;
Elaborar relatórios de pendências e indicadores;
Cobrar retornos das unidades e parceiros;
Garantir o registro correto das informações no sistema.
Requisitos
Ensino médio completo;
Experiência como Assistente de Pendência em transportadora.
Horário Segunda a sexta, das 08h às 18h.
Benefícios Convênio médico 100% funcionário, PLR, folga no aniversário, vale-transporte e vale-refeição de R$ 39,20 por dia.
Pagamento: R$2.000,00 - R$2.500,00 por mês
Local do trabalho: Presencial
