What they need

Responsável pelo atendimento comercial via WhatsApp, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre produtos, valores e prazos de entrega. Realizará elaboração de orçamentos e propostas, cadastro de clientes, emissão de notas fiscais, controle de entregas e acompanhamento de trocas e devoluções. Também dará suporte às rotinas comerciais, garantindo um atendimento ágil, organizado e eficiente aos clientes. Ensino Médio completo;

Experiência com atendimento e/ou vendas pelo WhatsApp;
