What they need
Realizar consultas diárias ao site da ANS e sistemas judiciais, realizar atendimento telefônico e anotação de recados; cadastrar processos judiciais e administrativos, realizar agendamento de audiência bem como de prazos judiciais e administrativos no sistema, providenciar documentos como procuração, carta de preposto, contratos; realizar cópias e digitalização de documentos e armazenar em suas respectivas pastas; alimentar planilhas do setor; realizar atividades externas como bancos/correios/fórum, elaborar respostas de demandas internas, ouvidoria e Procon, entre outros.
Pagamento: R$1.621,00 - R$3.874,78 por mês
