Als Assistenz der Geschäftsführung (m/w/d) unterstützt du unsere Geschäftsleitung aktiv bei vielseitigen administrativen, organisatorischen und vertriebsnahen Aufgaben. Du verbindest Organisationsgeschick mit Kommunikationsstärke, übernahmst die Betreuung von Projekten sowie Forschungsanträgen und fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Projekten und internen Abläufen vor Ort.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen
• Vorbereitung, Strukturierung und Abwicklung von Forschungsanträgen
• Technische Mitarbeit in Projekten
• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Kunden und Projekten
• Messe- und Veranstaltungsplanung
• Vertriebsunterstützung
• Termin- und Aufgabenkoordination

Die Aufgaben erfordern eine regelmäßige Präsenz vor Ort. Die Stelle ist nicht remote. Falls ein Umzug nach Würzburg oder Umgebung geplant ist, bitte in der Bewerbung angeben.

Your qualification

What you bring to the table:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium – idealerweise mit technischem Hintergrund
• Hohe Motivation, sich in neue Themen, technische Inhalte und Forschungsprojekte einzuarbeiten
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und professionelles Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
• Führerschein Klasse B
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Wunsch nach einer Arbeitszeit zwischen 30 und 40 Stunden pro Woche

Nice to have:

• Further language skills
• Initial professional experience in Customer Success, Support or technical sales
