Assit. Manager - Planning

Position: Assistant Manager – Planning Job Purpose To support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress control activities for large-scale renewable energy and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and project milestones. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project. Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports. Track critical activities, identify delays, and propose recovery plans. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams for schedule integration. Prepare resource loading, manpower planning, and productivity analysis. Conduct schedule risk assessments and variance analysis. Monitor project KPIs and support management with planning dashboards and MIS reports. Assist in preparation of project baselines, cash flow projections, and forecasts. Review contractor schedules and monitor compliance with project timelines. Participate in project review meetings and provide planning inputs. Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical) or equivalent. Primavera P6 certification preferred.
