About the Role:

Just Like Home Health Care 2 Inc is looking for a dedicated and organized Assistant Administrator to join our compassionate team in Fayetteville, NC. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Administrator in overseeing daily operational and administrative functions of the agency
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and patient care assignments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and compliance with state and federal health care regulations
• Serve as a point of contact for staff, patients, and families to address inquiries and resolve concerns
• Support billing, payroll, and other administrative processes as needed
• Monitor and enforce agency policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards
• Assist with onboarding, training, and supervision of home health care staff

Requirements:

• Prior experience in health care administration, home health, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of home health care regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and health care management software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, patient-centered environment
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or related field preferred
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality care
