Rutledge Omni Group, established in 1981, provides safety services to the oil & gas, petrochemical, engineering, and construction industries. We specialize in H₂S safety, HSE services, safety training, and safety equipment rental, servicing, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation and testing of gas detection and breathing air equipment.
• Assist in monitoring H₂S and other gas concentrations at worksites.
• Participate in equipment inspection, maintenance, and calibration activities.
• Support safety inductions, H₂S training, and emergency response drills.
• Attend safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Assist in preparing reports, records, and operational documentation.
• Learn and apply oilfield HSE policies and procedures.
• Support emergency response activities when required.

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or related disciplines).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with relevant oilfield or H₂S service experience are encouraged to apply for the H₂S Engineer level.
• Internship or industrial attachment in the oil & gas industry will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong interest in developing a career in the oil & gas industry.
• Preferred Candidates
• Cyprus nationals.
• Engineering graduates, preferably in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or related disciplines.
• Candidates with internship, project, or relevant work experience in oil & gas, energy, H₂S services, or industrial sectors.
