• Manage hostel staff (housekeeping, maintenance, security)

• Oversee hostel operations (admissions, room allocations, facilities management)

• Maintain discipline and decorum

• Student Support and Welfare:

• Provide guidance and support to residents

• Foster a positive and inclusive community

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely meals and food quality

• Safety and Security:

• Ensure overall security and conduct regular inspections

• Respond promptly to emergencies and crises

• Communication and Liaison:

• Liaise with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders

• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Additional Responsibilities:

• Organize hostel events and activities

• Supervise maintenance and cleanliness

• Handle conflicts and address concerns

Language Requirements:

• English and Kannada (mandatory)

• Telugu and Hindi (preferable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
