Assitant Manager, Business Solution (Public Sector, AI)

Our client is a public utility to foster innovation and technology development in Hong Kong. They are looking for talented individuals to join their expansion team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and operate end-to-end AI data lakes, pipelines (batch/streaming), and cloud infrastructure on Alibaba Cloud (OSS, MaxCompute, Flink) to power RAG and vector storage (Hologres/OpenSearch)
• Build intelligent agents and workflows using LangGraph, Dify, and DashScope (Qwen), seamlessly integrating these AI capabilities into existing ERP applications to drive legacy modernization
• Build responsive web front-ends (ReactJS, AngularJS) and backend services/APIs (Python, Node.js, PHP, Function Compute) to power user-facing AI applications, workflows, and data pipelines
• Drive projects from POC to production (scaling to 100+ integrations), define technical standards, produce architecture documentation, and mentor junior developers
• Partner with business and infrastructure teams to analyze requirements, recommend optimal AI solutions, and ensure scalable, cost-effective deployments

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong emphasis on Alibaba Cloud and proven end-to-end delivery of production-grade AI solutions that solved complex business challenges, with a minimum of 2-3 years specifically within the financial services sector
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (Azure or Alibaba Cloud) and a strong ability to integrate AI services into microservices or legacy applications
• Deep knowledge of the current AI ecosystem, including Prompt Engineering, RAG architecture, and AI Agents, with experience integrating models like DeepSeek, Gemini, or Qwen
• Robust programming background with proficiency in Python and Java
• Strong communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate technical ideas to cross-functional teams
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
