At Fincella Services Private Limited, we’re looking for passionate and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing Finance & Operations team.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Core Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly review and finalize books of accounts to ensure complete accuracy and financial integrity.
• Execute end-to-end statutory compliances, taking hands-on responsibility for all GST, TDS, and Labour Law filings.
• Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial statements and MIS reports.
• Act as the primary financial liaison at the client site, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
• Manage month-end and year-end closures effectively.
• Support audits and maintain strict regulatory compliance.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA or CA Inter.
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on accounting and finance experience.
• Tech Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to manage direct client interactions.
