We are looking to strengthen our management team with a confident, organised, and personable professional who enjoys leading people, taking responsibility and delivering consistently excellent standards.

The Dewdrop is one of Worcestershire’s finest independent restaurants.

We are now looking for someone who will complement our team and play an active part in maintaining our achievements and development.

The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will be an important part of the day-to-day leadership of The Dewdrop.

This is a hands-on role. You will be visible on the floor, supporting and developing the team, engaging with guests and helping ensure that every service is well organised and delivered to a consistently high standard.

You will also contribute ideas and help us continually improve how the business operates and the experience we provide.

The Person We Are Looking For

Previous experience in restaurants, bars or hospitality is desirable but not essential. Personality and vision are key. You may have other customer-facing or management experience but with the right attributes and wants to build a career within hospitality.

You are likely to be someone who:

• Can work evenings, weekends and key trading periods as required.
