Assistant Manager – Research & Development (R&D)
Industry: Brass Components Manufacturing Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve brass components as per customer requirements.
- Handle new product development (NPD), prototyping, and process trials.
- Study engineering drawings, specifications, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Tool Room departments.
- Optimize manufacturing processes, reduce rejection, and improve product quality.
- Ensure product feasibility, cost optimization, and timely project execution.
- Maintain technical documentation and support customer audits.
Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 5–8 years in R&D/NPD in the brass components or precision manufacturing industry.
Required Skills: Engineering drawing interpretation, product development, process improvement, problem-solving, and team coordination.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
