About the Role
We are looking for a Manager who brings a naturally warm, welcoming, and generous style of hospitality — someone who makes every guest feel as though they are being looked after in their own home.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining business awareness with floor presence. You’ll lead from the front, hosting the room, supporting your team, and ensuring every service feels effortless, relaxed, and memorable.
We’re not looking for a cog in the machine — we’re looking for a game changer.
Someone with high agency who takes ownership, raises standards, and creates real impact.
If you demonstrate that you are a game changer, you will recieve above your salary approximately £5,000 per year from service charge on top of your salary via theTronc system.
