Assoc. Manager - Engineering - MyWP Core SIT

This role is responsible for leading the automation quality assurance approach for the MyWorldPanel platform while remaining actively involved in the design, build, and execution of automated testing assets.
The position is suited to an experienced automation professional with strong technical depth, hands-on delivery capability, and the ability to guide quality standards in an Agile environment.

Role Overview

The SIT Automation Lead will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of the MyWorldPanel platform during ongoing delivery and migration activities. The successful candidate will act as the automation SME for the team, combining practical automation expertise with leadership across planning, delivery, code quality, and continuous improvement.

The role would benefit from familiarity with AI-supported testing practices, including confidence using tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar solutions to support test design, automation, and analysis. Candidates should be comfortable using simple prompts, reviewing AI-generated outputs, and adapting to additional AI tools as they become part of SIT testing activities.
