Assoc Mgr, Software QA

Job Overview

Lead and manage a team of Data Quality Assurance (QA) Engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data solutions that meet organisational and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements and determine Data QA resource needs.
• Develop, review, and approve test plans and testing strategies.
• Assign, monitor, and evaluate the work of Data QA Engineers to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Development, and IT teams to support the successful delivery of projects.
• Ensure products and deliverables meet established quality standards and business requirements.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor Data QA team members.
• Manage user access based on the principle of least privilege.
• Monitor team capacity, utilization, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
• Promote and enforce QA best practices, standards, and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
• Revoke system and application access for employees transitioning off the team or leaving the organization.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Quality Assurance, Data Testing, or a related field.
