Associae - Digital Assets

Responsibilities:

• Product Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and structure tokenized traditional finance products (e.g., tokenized funds, ETFs, bonds, or equity). Assist in defining product roadmaps, user journeys, and functional requirements for tokenization platforms.
• Platform Launch & Issuance: Assist in the technical and operational setup for the issuance and distribution of digital assets, working closely with technology vendors, custodians, and internal IT teams to ensure smooth go-live.
• Market & Asset Research: Conduct fundamental analysis on digital assets (RWA, Security Tokens, etc.) and monitor global market trends relevant to asset tokenization to identify new opportunities.
• Strategic Support: Assist in formulating business strategies for entering the tokenized asset space, including product structuring and go-to-market (GTM) analysis.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Track and analyse regulatory developments in key jurisdictions (especially Hong Kong, US, and South Korea) to ensure compliance and identify business opportunities arising from regulatory clarity.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Trading) and technical teams to ensure product viability and strict regulatory adherence.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in finance, consulting, fintech, or the crypto industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Product & Technical Skills (Preferred): Understanding of the lifecycle of asset tokenization (structuring, minting, distribution). Ability to translate business requirements into product specifications and wireframes. Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure (Ethereum, permissioned chains) and smart contract standards (ERC-20, ERC-1400, etc.).

Knowledge Base:

• Solid understanding of financial concepts (valuation, capital markets, derivatives). Strong interest and basic knowledge of the crypto ecosystem (Blockchain mechanics, Tokenomics, RWA).
• Language Skills: Fluent in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Korean or Mandarin is a plus.
• Regulatory Awareness (Preferred): Familiarity with digital asset regulations in Hong Kong (SFC), USA (SEC/CFTC), and South Korea (FSC/FSS).
• Basic understanding of blockchain infrastructure, tokenization, and the broader Web3 ecosystem is a plus. Experience or exposure to public and permissioned blockchain networks is advantageous.
