Associate 3D Game Artist

Job Summary We are hiring a 3D Game Artist with 1 to 2 years of experience to design and build mobile game levels and environments. AI-driven workflows are a top priority—you will combine modern AI tools with standard 3D workflows to produce, polish, and optimize high-quality game assets in Unity.

Key Responsibilities

• Use cutting-edge AI tools for rapid 3D environment modeling, texture synthesis, and level concepting.
• Clean up, retopologize, and optimize AI-generated assets for mobile performance (LODs, draw calls, texture atlases).
• Model, UV unwrap, and texture low-poly/high-poly 3D levels, props, and environments (stylized and realistic).
• Build and light scenes in Unity, managing materials, shaders, lightmaps, and prefabs.
• Work with designers and developers from concept to delivery, continuously testing new AI art tools to speed up pipelines.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a 3D Game Artist in gaming.
• Hands-on experience with AI generation tools for 3D modeling, texturing, or concepting.
• Proficiency in Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max, plus Substance Painter/PBR texturing.
• Strong Unity skills (scene assembly, lighting, materials).
• Solid grasp of mobile game optimization constraints.
• Portfolio showing game-ready 3D environments, levels, or AI-assisted workflows.

Bonus Skills

• Basic sculpting (ZBrush / Blender Sculpt).
• Understanding of Unity performance profiling.
