HR Operations Associate (3P Contractor) BGV, Onboarding & Probation Management

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) process and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Handle pre-boarding and onboarding activities, including documentation, HRMS updates, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
• Track probation timelines and manage employee confirmation processes.
• Maintain employee records, trackers, and operational dashboards with high data accuracy.
• Address employee queries related to onboarding and HR operations

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 1+ years of experience in HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience in Background Verification, Onboarding, and Probation/Confirmation Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS tools.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of ownership and follow-through.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Role Summary
