Associate (5 Months Contract) - UAT Testing

• You will play a key role in supporting the Finance team and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across various business functions.
• Your responsibilities will include assisting with the timely and accurate processing of billings, ensuring proper recording of order-to-cash transactions, and calculating invoice amounts for customers and business partners.
• You will also support the month-end financial closing process by preparing accrual schedules and journal entries within the finance system, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal financial policies.
• In addition, you will liaise with external customers and internal stakeholders on billing and collection matters. This includes issuing invoices and receipts, sending payment reminders, managing customer security deposits, and handling related administrative activities.
• As part of the role, you will participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and implementations. Responsibilities may include data entry, data validation, reconciliation, and verification of system outputs to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• You will also provide support for ad hoc projects, process improvement initiatives, and other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE S4 Hana experience and experience in revenue process
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance operations, or a similar role is preferred.
• Good understanding of financial processes and basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle data accurately and maintain high levels of precision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
