Associate Account Executive, Wholesale L’AGENCE

Los Angeles, CA | Approximately 50% travel

Account focus: Nordstrom

CONCÉ is partnering with L’AGENCE to find an Associate Account Executive dedicated to the Nordstrom account. This role combines buyer relationships, sales analysis, and the daily execution needed to grow the business across Nordstrom doors.

Working closely with the Senior Account Executive and broader wholesale team, you will:

• Build strong relationships with Nordstrom’s associate buyers and buyer assistants while managing day-to-day account needs.
• Shape assortments using sales performance, customer demand, and L’AGENCE’s brand direction.
• Review weekly selling, replenishment, door allocations, and profitability; recommend reorders and opportunities for growth.
• Manage order processing and audits, EDI confirmations, drop-ship activity, samples, markdowns, extensions, and swaps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep orders, imagery, product launches, and replenishment on track.
• Work with Nordstrom department managers and retail specialists on floor initiatives and events.

You may be a strong fit if you have 2–4+ years of wholesale experience, including at least two years supporting a major department store account; experience in women’s contemporary apparel; and strong retail math and Excel skills. Nordstrom account experience is especially relevant.

You are organized, commercially minded, and comfortable owning both buyer communication and operational follow-through.
