Associate Account Manager

• Receive and understand client briefs, and develop/present proposals and campaign solutions accordingly.
• Coordinate and communicate with Influencers, KOLs, YouTubers, and other relevant parties for each campaign.
• Take ownership of assigned campaigns, managing execution and resolving issues from start to finish.
• Attend client meetings as required.
• Supervise and manage team operations to ensure successful delivery and achievement of assigned goals.

Qualifications

• Open to all genders.
• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Account Management, Advertising, or a related field.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in team supervision or team management.
• Good command of English communication.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
• Experience in TVC advertising, Event Management, or managing international clients will be an advantage.
• Experience in Strategic Planning will be an advantage.
