About Us
Supy is transforming the restaurant industry with a data-driven inventory management platform. Our solution enables multi-location restaurant groups to cut costs, reduce waste, and maximize profitability through real-time data, actionable insights, and time-saving automation. Join us in redefining restaurant operations through innovative technology and seamless customer experiences.
Role Overview
As an Associate Account Manager at Supy, you will own a portfolio of SMB hospitality customers in Australia and be their go-to person once they are live. Your mission is to make sure every venue gets real value from Supy, stays with us, and grows with us.
You will be measured on two things: keeping customers happy so they renew, and growing their accounts. This is a unique opportunity to take your first step into a commercial role in tech, with hands-on coaching, strong ownership, and visibility in a fast-growing SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Own a portfolio of SMB hospitality customers and act as their main point of contact after go-live.
- Run regular check-ins and account reviews by phone, video, and in person at their venues.
- Build strong relationships with owners, chefs, and finance teams.
Customer Success & Retention
- Monitor account health, spot problems early, and resolve them before they escalate.
- Manage renewals and billing changes smoothly.
- Make sure every customer is getting measurable value from Supy.
Account Growth
- Grow your accounts by adding new venues, extra Supy modules, and integrations.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on each customer's needs.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the onboarding, support, and product teams so every team is aligned on the customer.
- Share customer feedback with internal teams to help improve the product.
Qualifications
- Experience looking after guests, suppliers, or a team in hospitality, or customers at a software company.
- Confident communicating by phone and face to face with owners, chefs, and finance teams.
- Highly organized, with the follow-through to keep many accounts on track at once.
- Eager to learn the commercial side of the business and open to coaching.
- A strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Full right to work in Australia.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, or restaurant operations.
- Previous customer success or account management experience at a SaaS company.
- A genuine passion for AI and how it can improve the way people work.
- Familiarity with hospitality tools such as POS or accounting systems (e.g., Square, Lightspeed, Xero, MYOB).
- Excited to grow with a fast-moving team and build a career in tech.
