Associate Accountant

US accounting associate handling QuickBooks bookkeeping, Bill.com AP, and vendor email communication. Evening shift, work from our Udupi office.

About the role

CredibleCFO is a cloud accounting and CFO-advisory firm serving US-based businesses. We're looking for an Associate Accountant to support day-to-day bookkeeping and vendor management for our US clients, working from our Udupi office on an evening shift aligned to US business hours.

What you'll do

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks (transaction categorization, reconciliations, data entry).
• Process vendor bills and payments through Bill.com.
• Manage vendor communication over email — following up on invoices, resolving discrepancies, and keeping vendor records current.
• Support month-end close tasks as directed by senior accountants/controllers.

Must-haves

• 1–2 years of experience in US accounting/bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks (Online preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Bill.com.
• Strong written English for professional vendor email communication.
• Available for the evening shift and comfortable working from our Udupi office.

Nice to have

• Exposure to accounts payable workflows in an outsourced/accounting-firm setting.
• Familiarity with other cloud accounting platforms (Xero, Zoho Books, Odoo).

• Type: Full-time.
• Compensation: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum, based on experience.
