Associate Accountant

We're a growing accounting firm providing Real-Time Bookkeeping (RTB), tax, financial reporting services to a diverse client portfolio. We're looking for an Accountant to join our team and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounting work, keeping records accurate and up to date throughout the month.
• Prepare accounting, tax, financial reporting, and audit support work in line with firm standards.
• Maintain complete and well-organized documentation.
• Coordinate proactively with clients and internal teams to obtain information and complete work on time.
• Support day-to-day client communication within your scope and escalate complex or sensitive matters to your Team Lead.
• Work efficiently and support the team's workload when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• [1 to 3] years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (new graduates are welcome to apply)
• Working knowledge of Thai tax (VAT, WHT) and monthly closing
• Familiarity with [PEAK / accounting software] and Excel is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player
• Strong Oral and Written communication skills in English
• Advanced time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and to adapt the changing needs of the business

Base Salary: Approximately 18,000 - 22,000 THB (Negotiable depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 - 18:00 (Flexible working hours)
