Associate Accountant (Junior Level)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Manage invoices, payments, receipts, bank transactions, and account reconciliations.

• Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting.

• Handle month-end and year-end closing, audit, and tax preparation.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and external auditors on finance-related matters.

• Assist with other finance-related administrative tasks.

• Support overall Finance Department operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (Oracle Net Suite, SAP) is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with different departments.
